According to preliminary estimates, the region's annual GDP reached 858.901 billion yuan, up 5.5% year-on-year. By sector, the value added of the primary industry was 2.634 billion yuan, a decrease of 6.8%;the value added of the secondary industry was 314.740 billion yuan, an increase of 6.7%; and the value added of the tertiary industry was 541.528 billion yuan, an increase of 4.8%. The three strata of industry contributed to GDP at a ratio of 0.3:36.6:63.0. The city's electricity consumption per 10,000 yuan of regional GDP was 472.58 kWh, while water consumption was 5.73 tons, down by 0.16 tons year-on-year.

 

The total general public budget revenue for the year reached 158.431 billion yuan, up 0.5% year-on-year. Specifically, the local-level general public budget revenue was 93.319 billion yuan, an increase of 0.1%. In the local-level fiscal revenue, the tax revenue achieved was 65.373 billion yuan, a decrease of 1.7%. Specifically, the value-added tax was 28.137 billion yuan, an increase of 2.2%; the corporate income tax was 12.017 billion yuan, an increase of 2.3%; the individual income tax was 5.835 billion yuan, a decrease of 3.5%; and the land appreciation tax was 2.872 billion yuan, a decrease of 27.2%.

The general public budget expenditure for the year was 105.920 billion yuan, a decrease of 2.3% compared with the previous year. Specifically, the expenditure for education was 21.529 billion yuan, an increase of 5.7%; the expenditure for science and technology was 7.266 billion yuan, an increase of 17.8%; the expenditure for urban and rural communities was 14.266 billion yuan, an increase of 15.6%; and the expenditure for social security and employment was 11.771 billion yuan, an increase of 2.0%.

 

The consumer price index (CPI) for the year remained unchanged compared with the previous year. Specifically, food prices decreased by 0.5%,non-food prices rose by 0.1%, services prices remained stable, and consumer goods prices increased by 0.1%.

 

The regional gross domestic products (GDP) achieved in each district is as follows: Siming District's GDP was 291.367 billion yuan, an increase of 5.5% compared with the previous year; Huli District's GDP was 178.231 billion yuan, an increase of 2.6%; Haicang District's GDP was 107.893 billion yuan, an increase of 6.4%; Jimei District's GDP was 106.427 billion yuan, an increase of 6.0%; Tong'an District's GDP was 80.127 billion yuan, an increase of 7.2%; and Xiang'an District's GDP was 94.856 billion yuan, an increase of 7.7%.

Specifically, the growth rates of the value added of industries above designated size in each district are as follows: Siming District increased by 5.3% compared with the previous year, Huli District increased by 3.4%, Haicang District increased by 7.3%, Jimei District increased by 7.8%, Tong'an District increased by 13.0%, and Xiang'an District increased by 13.3%.

The total retail sales of consumer goods achieved in each district are as follows: Siming District reached 126.218 billion yuan, an increase of 3.7% compared with the previous year; Huli District reached 70.079 billion yuan, an increase of 2.6%; Haicang District reached 30.994 billion yuan, a decrease of 5.4%; Jimei District reached 45.033 billion yuan, an increase of 13.7%; Tong'an District reached 41.047 billion yuan, a decrease of 2.5%; and Xiang'an District reached 19.611 billion yuan, an increase of 1.4%.

The growth rates of fixed-asset investment in each district are as follows: Siming District increased by 3.7% compared with the previous year, Huli District decreased by 3.2%, Haicang District decreased by 15.5%, Jimei District increased by 11.5%, Tong'an District decreased by 27.9%, and Xiang'an District increased by 3.0%.

The district-level public budget revenue (excluding that of the municipal level) for the year was 27.216 billion yuan, a decrease of 5.8% compared with the previous year. Specifically, Siming District had a revenue of 8.010 billion yuan, an increase of 3.3%; Huli District had a revenue of 6.022 billion yuan, an increase of 1.3%; Jimei District had a revenue of 3.854 billion yuan, a decrease of 16.0%; Haicang District had a revenue of 4.183 billion yuan, an increase of 1.6%; Tong'an District had a revenue of 2.813 billion yuan, a decrease of 16.0%; and Xiang'an District had a revenue of 2.334 billion yuan, a decrease of 25.9%.
