Multiple Xiamen restaurants featured in 2025 Michelin Guide of Fujian Province
The 2025 Michelin Guide of Fujian Province list was officially released in Xiamen, recommending a total of 69 restaurants in Fuzhou, Xiamen, and Quanzhou. This inaugural Fujian Michelin Guide includes five one-Michelin-starred restaurants, 47 Bib Gourmand selections, and 17 Michelin-selected restaurants.
The first Michelin Guide of Fujian Province has awarded three restaurants in Xiamen with One Michelin Star. They are Fleurs Et Festin, Hokklo, and Yanyu (Jiahe Road).
Michelin inspectors took to the streets and alleys of Xiamen, exploring beyond upscale dining establishments, to discover eateries that offer delicious and affordable meals. These findings have been included in the highly acclaimed Bib Gourmand list. The first edition of the Fujian Bib Gourmand features 26 restaurants located in Xiamen.
In addition to Michelin-starred and Bib Gourmand restaurants, Michelin inspectors have also recommended numerous restaurants that prepare high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients. The first Michelin Guide of Fujian Province includes five Michelin-selected restaurants located in Xiamen, showcasing a variety of culinary styles.
