Per capita disposable income of residents for the year was 77,762 yuan, up 4.7% year on year. Of the total, income from wages and salaries was 55,483 yuan, up 4.7%; net operating income was 6,588 yuan, up 5.3%; net property income was 10,077 yuan, up 3.7%; net transfer income was 5,614 yuan, up 6.5%. Per capita household consumption expenditure of residents was 51,352 yuan, up 4.6%.

Per capita disposable income of urban residents for the year was 79,719 yuan, up 4.7% year on year. Of the total, income from wages and salaries was 57,019 yuan, up 4.6%; net operating income was 6,504 yuan, up 5.5%; net property income was 10,493 yuan, up 3.8%; net transfer income was 5,703 yuan, up 6.6%. Per capita household consumption expenditure of urban residents was 52,326 yuan, up 4.6%.

Per capita disposable income of rural residents for the year was 38,512 yuan, up 6.0% year on year. Of the total, income from wages and salaries was 24,688 yuan, up 7.2%; net operating income was 8,276 yuan, up 2.8%; net property income was 1,730 yuan, up 3.1%; net transfer income was 3,818 yuan, up 6.5%. Per capita consumption expenditure of rural residents was 31,831 yuan, up 6.5%.  

 

At the end of the year, the number of participants in basic old-age insurance was 6.2211 million, up 7.7% year on year. The number of participants in work-related injury insurance was 2.8952 million, down 0.6%. The number of participants in unemployment insurance was 2.6483 million, up 0.2%.

Of the total, the number of non-local employees participating in basic old-age insurance was 3.9567 million, up 11.0%. The figures for work-related injury insurance and unemployment insurance were 1.5517 million and 1.6019 million respectively, down 3.9% and up 0.6%.

The total annual revenue of the three social insurance funds was 26.032 billion yuan, and the total expenditure was 25.670 billion yuan.  

At the end of the year, there were 30 designated medical institutions, 5 designated assistive device fitting institutions and 17 designated rehabilitation institutions for work-related injury insurance.

A total of 544,500 retirees were placed under socialized management. Both the city's socialized management rate and community management rate reached 100%.  

 

At the end of the year, the total number of participants in basic medical insurance was 4.8727 million, up 0.9% year on year. The number of participants in maternity insurance was 2.6227 million, up 1.8%. The revenue of the basic medical insurance fund was 22.246 billion yuan, and its expenditure was 15.352 billion yuan.

At the end of the year, there were 782 designated medical institutions and 1,389 designated retail pharmacies for medical insurance. Also, 36 on-site medical facilities within elderly care institutions were under designated management system, together with 296 integrated public welfare village clinics.

Expenditure of medical assistance funds was 193 million yuan, providing assistance to 1.081 million person-times.

 

Throughout the year, a total of 201 million yuan in subsistence allowances was issued to 115,300 household-times and 172,300 person-times of low-income recipients. Of the total, 113,600 person-times of urban low-income recipients received 136.9179 million yuan, and 58,700 person-times of rural low-income recipients received 63.9613 million yuan. A total of 23.3308 million yuan in temporary assistance funds was disbursed, benefiting 6,351 person-times. A total of 3,349 person-times of vagrants and beggars received assistance, including 211 minors.

There were 44 elderly care institutions in the city with 12,661 beds in total. Among them, there were 8 public elderly care institutions (including publicly-built and privately-operated ones) with 2,774 beds, and 36 private elderly care institutions with 9,887 beds.
